Alright,

But sounds a bit too fast for a game menu song. I think you could lower the tempo and not edit anything and it'd be better for a menu.

Loops perfectly and sounds/feels catchy.

Eh..

Sounds like you took the midi for the Pokemon theme and just added a a beat over it. You might've added like a riff or so in there, but all in all, not much variation from the original.
I give 2/10 1/5.
